What we collect
When you place an order or contact us we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, order history, and anything you choose to include in a message. Our servers also record standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.
Why we collect it
To process and dispatch your order, to talk to you about it, to answer support enquiries, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to protect against fraud and abuse. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Marketing
We do not run marketing mailing lists. Email you receive from us is transactional: order confirmations, shipping notifications, account messages, and replies to you.
Who processes data on our behalf
- Our web host, for website operation and backups.
- Our email infrastructure and sending provider, for delivering mail on our domain.
- Our payment providers, for processing the payment method you select.
Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.
Cookies
We use cookies necessary for the site to function, including keeping your cart, your session, and your eligibility confirmation. Where non-essential cookies are used, we ask for consent first.
Retention
Order records are retained as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Support correspondence is kept while it remains useful for servicing your account. You may request earlier deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or a portable copy. Write to support@amino-labs.org and we will respond within the period applicable law requires. If you are in the EEA or UK, GDPR rights apply. If you are a California resident, CCPA rights apply.
Security
The site is served over TLS. Access to order data is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers promptly of any breach that presents a risk to them.
