Purpose
This policy sets out how materials purchased from Amino Labs may and may not be used, and how this website may be used. It forms part of our Terms of Sale.
Permitted use of materials
Materials may be used only for in-vitro laboratory research, by a qualified researcher or research entity, in facilities appropriate to the material, and in compliance with all applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Prohibited use of materials
- Administration to humans or animals, by any route, in any quantity.
- Use in the manufacture, compounding, or formulation of any product intended for human or veterinary consumption.
- Resale, redistribution, or transfer to any person who has not agreed to equivalent restrictions.
- Any use that is unlawful where you are, or that would put you in breach of an institutional or professional obligation.
Prohibited use of this website
- Submitting false eligibility confirmations, or false identity or delivery information.
- Automated scraping, credential stuffing, or attempts to probe, scan, or breach site security.
- Posting or transmitting content that infringes rights, or that solicits guidance on human use of our products.
Enforcement
We may refuse or cancel orders, suspend accounts, and decline future business where we believe this policy has been breached. Where the law requires us to report conduct, we will.

To report suspected misuse of our materials, or abuse originating from our systems, contact postmaster@amino-labs.org.
