1. Acceptance
These terms govern all orders placed with Amino Labs. By placing an order you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, do not order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and purchasing for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research, either personally as a qualified researcher or on behalf of a research entity. You confirm this on entering the site and again at checkout.
3. Products and documentation
An independent laboratory analyses every lot prior to release, by HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. The resulting Certificate of Analysis is published in our COA library and supplied with your order. A certificate describes the material as tested at the time of testing. It is not a warranty of suitability for any particular experimental design, which remains yours to determine.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and any taxes or duties, which are calculated at checkout or borne by the purchaser as applicable. We accept bank transfer, peer-to-peer payment, and cryptocurrency. Orders are processed once payment has cleared.
5. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Where we decline an order after payment, we refund in full.
6. Shipping, title, and risk
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees. See Shipping and Returns for detail.
7. Returns
These are laboratory materials whose integrity depends on unbroken handling, so we accept returns only for unopened items with an intact seal, or for verified shipping damage or misdispatch. Raise any claim within 7 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be returned under any circumstances.
8. Acceptable use
Your use of our materials and this site is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of data or experimental results.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Amino Labs against any claim arising from your handling, use, storage, or disposal of materials purchased from us, or from any breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms, or from any order placed with us, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.
Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived by contract, nothing in this clause removes them.
12. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version published at the time you place an order governs that order.
